Mission
* To establish personal contacts between pilots within Victoria and Australia promoting flying and friendship amongst the flying community. To raise awareness of private and social flying within the community.
* To meet and encourage the exchange of materials, ideas and information in order to add to the aviation knowledge of its members.
* To encourage the highest competence and ethics amongst its members and beyond.
Excellence
The club caters to commercial and private pilots, recreational pilots, aircraft owners and students. The club has an active membership that includes people from many different parts of the country in many different professions. It’s goal is to become a centre for aviation excellence.
Meetings
The Coldstream Flyers hold monthly meetings at the airfield clubrooms providing the members with opportunities to network with other people with a common interest in aviation. Most Friday nights we have a social get-together at the club rooms.
Events
The CFC newsletter, Mixture-Master-Mags is published periodically and our members have access to an extensive book and video library. The club also holds regular monthly Sunday flying competitions and bar-b-que.
We organise regular fly away events and the members often fly away as a group on a casual basis on weekends.
